In accordance with the Constitution and By-Laws of the Southern Federation of Professional Firefighters I am sending this correspondence in regard to your annual membership and the Annual SFPFF Conference.
 
“All Affiliated States and Locals and Associate Members shall pay one dollar ($1.00) per member per year up to one hundred members, but not less than thirty five dollars ($35) per year for affiliation to the Southern Federation of Professional Fire Fighters, which shall be due by January 15th of each year.” Forms have been attached to assist you in the remittance of your dues and conference registration.
 
Further, this conference will in accordance with the Constitution and By-Laws of the Southern Federation of Professional Firefighters hold nominations and election of all Southern Professional Fire Fighters officers and trustees.
 
Many of you may be receiving this communication for the first time it is my sincere hope you will join our organization. Please sign up on our website at www.sfpff.org for updates for the conference and to learn more about the SFPFF.
 
The South Carolina Professional Fire Fighters Association, IAFF Local A0039 are working hard to make this a great Conference. Please assist them in planning for this event by booking the  hotel early and registering as soon as possible.

Conference Host: South Carolina Professional Fire Fighters Association

On behalf of the Southern Federation of Professional Fire Fighters, I would like to personally invite you to attend the Southern Federation of Professional Fire Fighters annual conference in Myrtle Beach South Carolina this coming March.

A number of activities have been planned by our host, the South Carolina Professional Fire Fighters Association, IAFF Local A0039. The IAFF Non-Collective Bargaining Committee will be meeting on Thursday evening with the General Session beginning on Friday morning with business concluding on Saturday afternoon.
